I hereby understand the Lineman Elite Training nor the individual coaches and players involved in this event hold any responsibility for any injury or trauma my child may sustain during this event I am allowing them to participate in. I have my own personal insurance and I am responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of any injury or trauma that my child may sustain during this training camp.
